Respondent(s) PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Revision Petition No.3164/2016V2 dated 21.09.2017 quash the same and consequently restore the order of the petitioner dated 30.03.2016 in Na.Ka.003/2016.

ORDER

On 08.10.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to file a translation copy of the documents in Tamil and the case was posted on 03.11.2025 with a condition that if the translation was not filed, the Writ

Petition would be dismissed on the next hearing date. On 03.11.2025, though the case was listed, the translation copies were not filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As a last chance, the case was posted to 17.11.2025. Thereafter, the case is posted today and today also there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the translation also not filed.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
