The Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue summons and punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order this Court dated 30.08.2023 in W.P.No.22853 of 2023.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with and the amount has been disbursed to the petitioner, for which there is no objection on the side of the petitioner.

3.
