ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to direct the respondents to extend the benefits under certain Government Orders, which is said to have been confirmed by this Court in orders passed in Writ Appeals.

The petitioners are retired Middle School Head Masters and according to the petitioners, they are entitled for fixation of Selection Special Grade scale of pay in the post of Middle School Head Master by giving the lower grade service in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher. The petitioners have made individual representations to the respondents on 29.11.2018, requesting them to give the benefits and since the same was not considered, the present writ petitions are filed before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 19.11.2018 made by the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioners are directed to send a fresh representation along with a copy of the representation dated 29.11.2019 and also a copy of this order to the 2nd respondent.

These writ petitions are disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
