ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for M/s.Karan and Uday, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on oral instructions, submits that the proposal for setting up of garbage dump yard in S.No.670, at present, is dropped.

3. In the light of that, at present, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be considered. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.33745 of 2023 is closed.
