This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10091 of 2024 on 29.04.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.62 of 2024 before the Tirupatthur District Court.

He added that the next hearing date has been fixed on 28.01.2025.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10091 of 2024 on 29.04.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Tirupattur District Court on 28.01.2025 and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the trial Court.
