Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.3669/AA1/2019 dated 01.10.2019 as expeditious, in reference with the 3rd respondents pursuant to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.1877/2016 AA4, dated 22.04.2019 with in a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.3669/AA1/2019 dated 01.10.2019 as expeditious, in reference with the 3rd respondents pursuant to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.1877/2016 AA4, dated 22.04.2019 with in a stipulated time.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 02.06.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent/DRO.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 02.06.2021.
