PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the statutory petition filed by the petitioner society under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, dated 13.03.2023. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submitted that the matter has been referred to the Division Bench of this Court and the subject matter has been seized of by the Division Bench of this Court.

3. As the issue between the parties is pending before the Division

Bench of this Court, the first respondent is directed to dispose the petitions filed by the petitioner society dated 27.02.2023 and 13.03.2023, after giving notice to the petitioner, private respondents herein and interested parties/rival claimants if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after the outcome of the matter before the Division Bench of this Court.

4. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
