The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.212 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 5 (n) r/w 6 of POCSO Act. 2.The victim is aged 15 years and the accused is aged 27 years. This Court had examined the statement recorded under Section 164 (5) Cr.P.C. Charges have been framed and the matter is now posted for trial. Let the victim child be examined. After the chief and cross examination of the victim child, the issue of bail can be considered. 3.At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
