ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.201 of 2024 on the file of the Dhanvantri Police Station, Puducherry, dated 25.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2 nd respondent and a civil suit is also pending between them and ignoring the same, the present FIR has been registered against the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is filed to quash the same.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) assisted by Mr.A.Alexander, learned Government Advocate submitted that already the 2/4

investigation was completed and the charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
