2. Hence, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 84 days in filing the Tax Case is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the Tax Case, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 06.06.2025.
