These petitions are filed to bring on record the son of deceased trustee namely K.Thiru Narayanan as legal heir of deceased trustee. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.4004 of 2024, the Managing Trustee of the Angaraya Nallur Charitable Trust is brought on record to represent the trust. Hence, these civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as unnecessary.
