ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to register the amendments to the constitution and by-laws of the petitioner association as approved in the 74th Annual General Meeting held on 29.12.2014 at Hyderabad.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the amendments to the constitution and by-laws of the petitioner association as approved in the 74th Annual General Meeting held on 29.12.2014, was register on 21.12.2017, subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition.

3. Therefore, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
