The writ petition has been instituted for directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner for grant of patta.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent made a submission based on the written instruction from the Tahsildar, Kurinjipadi, that the applications submitted by the writ petitioner has already been considered and subsequently the claim for patta was rejected. That being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
