7 and 8 of the suit schedule properties in plaintiffs favour and grant separate possession to the plaintiff. b. to pass a final decree by appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to divide the property by metes and bounds having regard to good and bad soil and nature of the property and allot the plaintiffs due shares. c.to direct the defendants to pay the due share of mesne profits of Rs.36,92,550/- from 04.12.2021 to till the date of filling of this plaint in respect of the rental income received form Item No.1 to 12 and 30 to 32 of the suit schedule properties. d) to direct an enquiry into furture mesne profits to the tune of 2/10 shares in Item No.13,4,5,6,9,10,11,30 and 31 and 2/20 shares in Item .No.2,12, and 32 and 12/40 shares in Item.No.
7 and 8 of the suit schedule properties from the date of filing this suit up to the date of delivery of possession and pass a decree for such amount as may be determined on enquiry. e. direct the defendant to pay cost of this suit. A No.
