The learned Official Liquidator has submitted a report seeking permission of this Court to declare and disburse the dividends to four secured creditors, who had been listed at paragraph No.6 of the said report. The report would further state that dividends have already been disbursed to IREDA and Kotak Mahindra Bank. As there are sufficient funds now available, the learned Official Liquidator may be permitted to proceed to declare and disburse these dividends. 2.

Considering the submission made, this application is ordered as prayed for.
