O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in proceedings Nos.A.Thi.Mu.Nos. 241 dated 19.10.2023 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to accept the documents submitted by the petitioner with the strength of Theethan's unregistered Will.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is not clear about the details regarding the document which has been presented before the Registrar for registration and the petitioner has not stated specifically about the document which is presented for registration before the respondent. The petitioner made evasive representation before the respondent. The respondent also, without understanding the issue addressed by the petitioner, improperly passed the impugned order.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as sought for by him in the writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
