O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from taking further action not to disconnect the Electricity Connection provided to the Rice Mill and Flour Mill pursuant to notice dated 25.01.2017 issued by the 1st respondent and to regularize the EB service connection.
2.The 1st respondent, by notice dated 25.01.2017, called upon the petitioner to give his reply along with all the necessary documents to establish that he is in lawful possession of the property in dispute.
3.Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that inspite of the notice dated 25.01.2017, the petitioner has neither given any reply nor produced the documents before the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Ms.R.T.Sundari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to produce all the documents before the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I give liberty to the petitioner to give reply along with all relevant documents before the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
