The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 9 as well as the counsel for the first respondent have not raised any serious objection for allowing this impleading petition. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the main writ petition for hearing.

4. It is made clear that allowing this Writ Miscellaneous Petition will not prejudice the rights of the petitioner in WP No.21840 of 2017 to raise all objections available to him under law with regard to impleadment of the petitioner in WMP No.34753 of 2019.

5. Post the matter on 13.03.2020.
