A.No.1 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to the plaintiff to sue in respect of the suit properties which are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed predominantly for partition.

Considering the fact that schedule A and B properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and only Schedule C properties are situated outside the jurisdiction and also the plaintiff as well as the defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
