2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and third parties. Even without impleading all the necessary parties, the petitioner has filed the present petition. Since there is suppression of material facts, this Court finds that the petitioner has not come to this Court with clean hands. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
