Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to carry out necessary mutation in the village records, by entering the petitioner's name as pattathar of property in Survey No.6/1A1 & 6/1B as per the schedule mentioned Item No.2 in the sale deed Doc.No.10433/2018 and to issue patta in his name by considering the petitioner's request made on 14.10.2023 within reasonable time.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to carry out necessary mutation in the village records, by entering the petitioner's name as pattathar of property in Survey No.6/1A1 & 6/1B as per the schedule mentioned Item No.2 in the sale deed Doc.No.10433/2018 and to issue patta in his name by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the

petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2023 and conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and interested parties/rival claimants if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
