This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing sureties as directed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.4073 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
