Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue a Duplicate copy of the petitioner's 10th Standard Mark Sheet and subsequently direct the fourth respondent to issue a duplicate copy of the 10th Standard Transfer Certificate of the petitioner which was held up with the third respondent herein within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to issue a Duplicate copy of the petitioner's 10th Standard Mark Sheet and subsequently direct the fourth respondent to issue a duplicate copy of the 10th Standard Transfer Certificate of the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner had completed her 10th standard in the year 2013 and she had failed in the public examination and thereafter she passed in the 10th standard examination. In order to apply for the diploma course, the petitioner ought to have submit original 10th standard mark
certificate and transfer certificate. Accordingly, the petitioner had submitted her 10th standard mark sheet and transfer certificate to the third respondent to join in the course of diploma in nursing. Thereafter, the third respondent's institution was not appropriately active and running and as such the petitioner could not get it from the third respondent. Therefore, she sent a representation to the respondents to issue duplicate certificate of the 10th marks sheet and transfer certificate. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to issue duplicate copy of the 10th standard mark sheet of the petitioner and the fourth respondent is directed to issue duplicate copy of the transfer certificate to the petitioner, after receipt of the undertaking affidavit from the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
