Prayer: Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to clarify/modify the earlier order dated 17.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.29242 of 2014 in the light of the order passed in W.A.No.1600 of 2015 by this Court and set aside the order of blacklisting dated 30.06.2014 in the absence of any period of blacklisting having been mentioned in the impugned order.
