ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to sanction marriage advance from the fund accumulated in the petitioner's Provident Fund Account by considering his representation. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is eligible to avail loan from the Provident Fund account and he made an application to that effect which was not considered without any valid reason. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent states that on account of financial difficulties, the respondent Corporation was not in a position to sanction the loan to the workman. However, five years lapsed and under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the event of receiving any such application for sanction of loan from the provident fund account, the respondent is directed to settle the eligible loan as per the terms and conditions, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the application from the writ petitioner.
