Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, this petition stands ordered. The delay of 522 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,000/- in the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.55039 of 2022 is hereby condoned.

2.The petitioner is directed to pay the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,000/-. On such deposit, the Registry is directed to number C.M.A.SR.No.55039 of 2022 and post it for Admission.
