ORDER

The matter earlier came up on 09.08.2023, the following order was passed:- "The petitioner had retired from service on 28.02.2011. Thereafter, in the year 2017, when he was aged 66 years, he has filed the present writ petition, seeking a certiorari against an order in which, his request that it should be considered that he was not sent to the respondent Corporation on deputation, was rejected.

It is highly doubtful whether the

issue still survives for consideration.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
