The present Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to accept the cause title mentioned in the appeal as Chittaya died (1st and 2nd appellant are legal heirs of Chittaya, duraisamy and Chanthiramanthi (1st and 2nd Appellants respectively) is ordered as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to number the respective Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case as per the seriatum.
