[Crime No.249 of 2023] PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the conditions, "that the petitioner/A2 shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Salem, daily thrice at 9.00 am., 02.00 pm and 06.00 pm and shall sign, until further orders" imposed to the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3781 of 2023 in Crime No.249 of 2023, before Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode its order dated 18.10.2023.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions, "that the petitioner/A2 shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Salem, daily thrice at 9.00 am., 02.00 pm and 06.00 pm and shall sign, until further orders" imposed to the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3781 of 2023 in Crime No.249 of 2023, before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, by an order dated 18.10.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. The condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode that the petitioner/A2 shall appear before the respondent Police, Ammapettai Police Station, Salem daily thrice is modified and it is directed that the petitioner/A2, to appear before the respondent Police/Town Police Station, Erode, everyday at 9.00 am., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered. 01.12.2023 KP 2/4
