Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent filed the compliance report dated 11.01.2024 as per the direction of this Court dated 01.12.2023.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved against the final order passed by the respondent.
