Ganesan v. P.Abirami

C.M.P.No.18419 of 2017 in S.A.No.935 of 2012 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petition is filed to substitute the deponent, the wife of the respondent as a Power of Attorney in the place of Mr.Chinnasami, who has since expired. The deponent would submit that her husband has executed power of attorney in her favour on 24.08.2017 registered as Document No.209 of 2017 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Ambattur.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said petition being ordered. Accordingly, the petition is ordered. The name of the Power of Attorney of the respondent in the Second Appeal is substituted as Vidya in the place of the deceased Chinnasami. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for hearing on 18.06.2021.
