2. Taking into consideration the fact that the same award which is impugned in W.P.No.28686 of 2012 is subject matter of W.P.No.31444 of 2012 is pending for consideration before this Court, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 301 days, on the validity of the award impugned in W.P.No.28686 of 2012 and W.P.No.31444 of 2012 can be considered in a consolidated manner. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the Registry is directed to number the Rev.Appln.SR.
