ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.11.2023 seeking exemption from stamp duty. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2023 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the Inspector General of Registration or any other authorized officers, who has power for granting exemption from stamp duty to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
