Petition for relaxation of the conditions imposed to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12975 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.633 of 2019 dated 01.02.2022.

This Court, while suspending the sentence vide Crl.M.P.No.13608 of 2019, dated 23.09.2019, directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30.m. Thereafter, the same has been modified by an order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12975 of 2021, dated 01.02.2022 to the effect that he shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months. Now, the present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12975 of 2021 dated 01.02.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall to appear before the Trial Court once in four months, starting from the first working day of January 2024, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
