ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) It is not in dispute that the Full Bench of this Court declared Section 77-A of the Registration Act as ultra vires and unconstitutional after passing of the order, against which the contempt has been instituted. Since the powers conferred on the authorities under Section 77-A of the Registration Act have been taken away, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. The contempt petition stands closed.
