[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing first respondent to dispose of the special revision petition filed u/s.80A of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, dated 30.08.2019.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for second respondent and learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the special revision petition filed by petitioner is pending on the file of first respondent for more than three months and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for second respondent submits that a direction may be issued to first respondent to dispose of the special revision petition within a specified time.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court, without traversing into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the special revision petition filed u/s.80A of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, dated 30.08.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
