O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent herein to execute a sale deed in favour of petitioner in respect of land measuring 1722 sq.ft., together with building measuring 500 sq.ft., bearing Plot No.29, Door No.21, Periyar Nagar, 1st Street, West Velachery, Chennai and comprised in R.S.No.123/1 part.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the subject sale deed was executed in favour of the second respondent namely P.Irudayamary vide Doc.No.1670 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Velachery. Against which, the petitioner had already filed another writ petition in W.P.No.25213 of 2021 seeking to cancel the above sale deed issued in favour of the second respondent herein.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
