ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of registering false case under the provisions of the IPC offences.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that so far, the respondent has not received any complaint against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassment does not arise. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
