This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.25126 of 2023, dated 10.11.2023 on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint u/s.200 of Cr.P.C. or u/s.223 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Act, 2023. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
