This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to record the 3rd respondent as the Legal Representative of the Deceased 1st and 2nd respondents and permit the petitioner to bring the proposed respondent No.4 namely Madhammal as the Legal Representative of the deceased 1st and 2nd respondents and rank her as the 4th respondent in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The proposed party has been duly served and the remaining respondent is already on record. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this MP is allowed as prayed for.
