This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17985 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17985 of 2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
