ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against on the complaint dated 19.11.2015 in CSR No.1323/2015 given by the petitioner against the respondents 2 to 4 and take cognizance of the offence.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
