2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order dated 26.02.2018 made in W.P.No.4236 of 2018, an order was passed by the District Educational Officer on 11.12.2019 sanctioning the payment to the petitioner. A copy of the proceedings has been produced before this Court.

3. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate and the order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed and it is made clear that the amount due and payable to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
