ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5 and 7.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned notice is not issued by an authorised authority.

3. Learned State Government Pleader also concedes to the same.

4. In light of that, the impugned notice is quashed and set aside. The competent authority may initiate proceedings, in accordance with law, with regard to the encroachments, if any.

5. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.33882 and 33883 of 2023 are closed.
