Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 676 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.153935 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 who is present in Court has no objection in allowing the petition provided the claim of interest for the period of delay is waived.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, the petition in C.M.P.No.28549 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 676 days.
