Challenging the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.26 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2018 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Avinashi filed by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the

2 C.R.P.(PD).No.4102 of 2019 above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that I.A.No.26 of 2019 in HMOP.No.22 of 2018 was filed by the respondent herein and the same was allowed by the Subordinate Court, Avinashi on 21.10.2019 by directing the revision petitioner herein to produce his female children to see their mother/respondent on the last Sunday of every month at Avinashi Lingeshwarar Koil between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. He further submitted that the first daughter was born on 24.07.2003 and her age is 20 years and the second daughter was born on 25.06.2005 and her age is 18 years and now both the daughters have attained majority and it is up to them to meet their mother or not. Hence, the I.A.No.26 of 2019 has become infructuous and nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in view of the fact that the daughters have attained majority the matter in I.A.No.26 of 2019 has become infructuous and nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication and the civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
