This Civil Revision Petition was disposed of on 13.10.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks incorporation of a direction to the Registry to return the original affidavit and the petition in I.A.No. (CFR.No.11290) of 2024 to enable the petitioner to re-present the same before the trial Court.

3. In view of the above, I am inclined to incorporate the following passage in paragraph No.12.

"Registry is directed to return the original affidavit and petition in I.A.No.(CFR.No.11290) of 2024 to the learned counsel for the petitioner on or before 22.01.2026 to enable the revision petitioner to re-present the same before the trial Court."
