The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.33 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 34 IPC, Section 77 of the JJ Act and Section 22(b), Section (8)(c) of NDPS Act.

2. It is stated that the respondent had gone over to Kasthurba Gandhi Government High School and Noupura Natya Graha Dance School at Kunchipuramukku and found that the other accused were selling narcotic drugs to the students. When the respondent police tried to secure them, the petitioner herein who was in car bearing Regn.No.KL-58-AG-3179 had driven the car in a dangerous manner and dashed against the duty vehicle of the respondent. He obstructed the police personal from discharging their duty. It is also stated that A1 and A2 had been arrested. It is further stated that 0.800 gms of MMDA had also been seized, but even otherwise, taking into consideration the

seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Vv 08.12.2023
