ORDER

The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. A joint memorandum of compromise dated 19.03.2025 has been filed before this Court signed by their respective counsels. A settlement agreement dated 21.02.2025 has been entered into between the applicant and the respondent under which the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.

both the parties to the dispute is taken on record and in terms of the settlement ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

agreement dated 21.02.2025 as well as the joint memorandum of compromise signed by their respective counsels, these applications are disposed of. The settlement agreement dated 21.02.2025 and the joint memorandum of compromise dated 19.03.2025 shall form part of this order.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that excess court fees was paid in O.A.No.879 fo 2024. Registry is directed to verify and if the said statement is found to be true, Registry is directed to refund the excess court fee payable to the counsel for the applicant.
