Arumugam v. Ramaswamy

C.M.P. Nos.26032, 26034 and 26038 of 2024 in S.A. No.369 of 2012 R.N.MANJULA.,J These petitions are filed to (i) condone the delay of 181 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and (iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant as appellants 3 and 4.

Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
